Xbox Fan Shares Immaculate '360 Launch Team' Memorabilia From 2005

20 years ago, Microsoft's Xbox 360 console was about to cause shockwaves throughout the industry, and really put Xbox on the map as a main player in the console gaming space. That's a long time ago now, but every now and then it's nice to look back and revel in a bit of nostalgia for the era - and a new Reddit post has done just that for us this past weekend.

A couple of days ago, one Reddit user — whose Dad worked with the Xbox 360 launch team back in the day — shared a cool-as-heck 360 faceplate from back in the day. Here's a closer look at this now-classic bit of memorabilia for Xbox 360:

Now, we've definitely seen stuff like this before — often attached to an actual Xbox 360 console — but we can't recall seeing this exact faceplate, especially in this sort of condition. Someone else shared a similar example in the comments section, which we've definitely seen before, but either way - these are both pretty darn cool!

If the OP does indeed go on to sell this thing, some fellow Reddit users have pointed out that they could definitely be getting two or three hundred bucks for this thing, which is pretty neat. However, given the faceplate's condition — and the OP's family connection to the Xbox 360 launch team — we'd definitely be tempted to keep hold of this thing for as long as possible!
