Xbox 'Leaks' Oblivion Remastered Release Date, But It's Probably A Mistake

It's been a wild week already for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered (previously referred to as the "Oblivion remake") which has already leaked courtesy of the developer's website, and now we're just waiting on a full reveal.

Incredibly, Xbox Support is now just openly telling people what the release date is as well! If you believe Xbox Support, the Oblivion Remastered release date is April 21st, 2025, but we think this might be a mistake on their part.

Thanks to images like these, large waves of people are now believing that Oblivion Remastered will release on Monday, April 21st, but we reckon it's a case of AI misunderstanding the situation and getting the date wrong.

Xbox likely uses AI in some form for its Xbox Support team, and with the big rumour being that Oblivion Remastered will arrive the week commencing April 21st, it seems it's got things confused and picked that as the exact date.

So, if you're seeing this April 21st release date for Oblivion Remastered, don't take it as 100% fact just yet. We're still expecting the game to release next week though, which means there's only a few more days until it (hopefully) arrives.
