I think it its too soon for a new console, we havent really got close to the limits with these ones yet. I usually try and get my console close to release and i can honestly say if they released one next year i wouldnt even bother. Especially the way this gen has gone with games still releasing on new and old gen for so long.

Got enough points for 2months of gamepass so redeemed 1month to play it. First time ive put on xbox since starfield. Only tend to play Cod for a month or two tops. This sounds good though so looking forward to give it a go.

@Ryu_Niiyama thats what im thinking were 4yrs in and havent really seen anything that has pushed the xbox or ps5 yet. If i hadnt got my ps5 and xbox early id be perfectly happy on ps4 still tbh. Everyone talking about ps5 pro and new consoles and im thinking i want to see something that pushes the ps5 xbox first, yes there have been a few games that look ok compared to ps4 but nothing where you go wow. This gen has been mostly faster loading so far and not much else. Been gaming since the 80s and id say this is probably worse generation so far for me, dont know if im just getting bored of gaming but this is the least ive played ever. Next gen defo will be waiting and ive been day one since the ps2 days

Wow only 38 hrs for me on xbox, 18 of that was on starfield, dropped it after a bit, but playstation wasnt much better with only 243 hrs played been a slow year for gaming for me.

@Kraven ah gutted m8, i think i am one of the few thats going to keep humanity going still not got covid despite traveling public trsnsport and being close proximity to ppl who had it. Woman in work just got it 2nd time and she is really ill with it hope ur not feeling too bad. And you really should start starfield when u can, takes few hrs to get into properly but when it clicks its amazing , up there with goty for me.

I was about 10hrs in first playthrough and decided to start new game as wasnt too happy with the traits i had picked at start. Hadnt really done many missons just been exploring and few side quests so not too bad. Love the game, at moment its probably game of year for me.

@CrimsonRidley i wasnt having motion sicknes nut turned the blur off and film grain to 0. The game looks so much better now. Really enjoying it so far. Going to be hooked for months on it i feel,so much to explore and do, think only scratched surface so far.

Bought this a while back on ps, such a good game well worth a play, if you can get yoursef away from starfield lol

Yea im about 4 hrs in and, i had just turned tje guy down when he offered while i was on mission. Completed the mission and just gone back to sign up, defo top tip. Really getting into the game now. Can see myself playing this for a long time. Probably wont touch another game until spiderman 2 now.

Sweet, was hoping this was good, was going to wait till next week but, currently downloading i know should have done it last week, but havent really been gaming much last month, but just bought the premium upgrade so going to give it a go tomorrow night and all weekend. So glad its a good, for xbox they really needed this one to be good, a few disapointed games. Anyway hope this gets me back into gaming been really bored with it this year, got final fantasy havent finished it, got vr2 was ok for bit but nothing amazing so far, good but not amazing. Dont think i turned xbox on in around 3months.

Going away on a stag do on friday till monday so wont see anything until tuesday maybe wednesday, hopefully we get to see a decent amount of gameplay and what its all about, this is my most anticipated game this year

Havent played anything on gamepass for months let it lapse, although did just get 6months for free with internet deal, so might dip in to something. Was going to wait till starfield to renew, but at least thats covered.

Ah and here i thought this will be over in a bit now, looks like its going to be dragging on a bit longer, think everyone is getting tierd of this now. Just want a decision now please,......

Read the headline and thought why would anyone decline that, read the article and though ok thats why. Such a strange thing you think a prize should be just that and not something that makes you out of pocket. Lucky we live in uk where any winnings for this is tax free as well as gambling winnings.

Started this few weeks back on plus, couldnt get into it at all. It did get mixed reviews some ppl love it others hate it. But give it a go on gamepass, its games like this i love gamepass and plus for, as u arent too sure about them but want to try. The medium was another but i loved that.

Will probably see how it reviews, loved the robocop films back in the day. But september hopefully will be playing starfield 😁😁. So could pick this up around xmas on sale.

Looking forward to playing starfield, september is good with me, be good to see the deep dive in june, just to get some more info on gameplay. Glad they put out a relese date for it, was starting to get a bit worried, dont see another delay tbh, think they must be pretty confident on date.

Cant wait to play this. Hopefuĺly its as good as fallout and skyrim, if so then we are in for a treat. Hopefully we dont have to wait too much longer, but if we do so be it.

I loved the first two metro games, but for some reason could not get into exodus tried twice and fell off it. Might give it another go in a year or so. But overall great series of games

I got my series s last year, have purchased 1 game for cheap, havent had to buy gamepass due to reward points. If i want a game and its not on gamepass and i want to play it, i will get it on ps5 as i prefer the controller. Its hard to see how this is sustainable tbh, as i guess a lot of ppl do the same using reward points, only use it for gamepass. I will just ride the wave while its still there lol.

Yea waa plesantly suprised with the control scheme, usually takes a while to get to what u want, this is pretty straight forward. Loving it so far. Havent had a decent session yet only couple hrs due to being busy but will give it a good session soon.

Played a bit saturday night, it was ok but after beating the first boss i kind of got bored tbh. Dont know what all the fuss is about tbh. It looked great and right up my street from the trailer but didnt hit the spot for me. Might give it another go in a month or so.

Got age of empire dropping tomorrow so that should keep me happy for a bit.

Forza looked great, looking forward to that. Not sure on redfall, looks like it could be fun for a bit then get repetative but will give it a go defo might actually suprise. No interest in the other games tbh. Got goldeneye and ages of empire to keep me busy as well so some games to boot the series s for.

Cant wait to give this a go, used to love it spent many hrs on it. So probably be doing the same 😁😁😁 will finally be playing my series s in a while. Well did get hooked on vampire survivors for a bit actually, weened myself of that now though bloody addictive haha

Hopefully we get some release dates for a few games. My series s hasnt been used much this past year tbh. A few games here and there, hopefull for this year though some really good games (hopefully) should be releasing.

Well after hearing so many ppl talk about it i thought id give it a quick go. First few mins i thought this is garbage cant even press a button to attack pathetic. About 5 min later was hooked, then about 4hrs latter i thought i have to go to bed now... ok one more go. Haha such a simple but addictive game.

Well i played a few hours of the trial and i dont get it at all. Nothing next gen at all about it. Its ok for a quick spin, but gorza is just so much better anx feels more next gen than this. The dialouge just made me cringe, hate it when they try and be cool, maybe its me just being old but man i was really cringing listening to it. Controls felt a bit stiff. Think there is a decent game there, but wont be buying it, if it comes to gamepass or plus then will probably give it another go after trial finishes.

@BRT15 @Titntin same i picked it up few weeks before black friday for 28, still havent finished it all yet, good game and would be a great addition to gamepass especially for xmas

Looking forward to playing starfield, its one of the reasons i bought a series s, although tbh havent played much so far. Hopefully we get some news for release early jan, but if it needs more time then so be it. Hopefully will be a fantastic game to get lost in for hours and hours.

Brilliant thanks, yea I was wondering how to choose certain game modes. But will definitely give it another try either tonight or over weekend 😁. Starting to get hooked on Forza at the moment too.

@JohnyHalo cheers mate, yea I think I just prefer the few bullet kills, just wasn't sure if I was missing something, and probably because I haven't played it before just felt a bit slow. Will try and give it another go to see if it clicks now that I know that's the type of game it is. But the feel/movement felt great so maybe just something to get used too, and to be fair I had just been playing cod before putting it on lol

Really enjoying Forza 5, did play a little of 4 in September but didn't want to burn myself out on it so put it to the the side until 5 launched, only been playing in short bursts so dialogue hasn't really bothered me tbh, the gameplay is really solid fair play, definitely one of the best racers available just great fun. Did the colossal race earlier man it was great took a good 10min or so to do. I think it would be better without the rewind option in the game makes you drive more carefully lol. But I guess you can also use it to see how much you can push certain parts without the punishment.

Definitely giving exo one a go looks really good. Played my friend Pedro and it's great fun although controls take a bit of getting used to.

Only got an Xbox few months back, I was looking forward to playing halo after hearing so many good things about it, didn't finish the first game as I got bored and thought it might be because it was a bit old now. Gave halo a go last night and I just don't get what is so great about it tbh. Had to empty pretty much a full clip to kill anyone in it, don't know it might be me missing something with it, I just found it a bit bland tbh. So if anyone can enlighten me, am I missing something do I need to upgrade weapons or something to kill people quicker. I just prefer few shots and dead more than bullet sponge.
