@abe_hikura My guess is this allows better cross-platform chat for them. Maybe something they can offer with Xcloud as well as PC/Xbox party chat. All integrated, so your friends on all platforms are listed together.
If only this game supported cross play / progression. Played to death on PS4, but not much incentive to play from scratch again on Xbox... I'd pay for it again too, great game.
Odd that the patch notes don't mention PS5 upgrades either.
I mean, think about it practically. Do you keep your Nintendo Switch on the top shelf, not plugged in or in a dock? So, it's been placed there purposefully. The other stuff could be seen as statues, collectables etc.

Now do HDR. My TV has a flicker when switching between HDR and SDR content, and almost every game is HDR in some form...
